Help with attachments

Im about to release my first mod, done the virus scan and all, but which attachment do I do? Like I have tried my dtx file and rez file, but they say invalid file. Where do I get it, I saved it in the Combat arms-Game-PV_T_AR file but it doesnt work

How to do that
