Decreasing Lag

I have tryed many things like uninstaling programs
and downloading game booster
but i still haave major lagg
is der a way to decrease lagg.???
if so please reply

I suggest you use my guide first.
If your computer doesn't feel any better, then you'll have to get a new computer or internet.
If you lag (walk into walls) I suggest new internet
If you're just laggy in general where you feel like you skipped a second in a movie/video then you'll need a new graphics card or a whole new computer.

but if everything just freezes in-game, ur computers fucked up.
