Requesting a MW2 SP ESP

I've searched the whole internet for a working mw2 sp ESP that doesn't need to be injected cuz Winject cant seem to inject files in iw4sp.exe
any ESP would be nice.

Why need ESP? Sp just get a trainer and your good to go.
