All my accounts got banned for i hacked on one can i creat a new account and play and buy stuff without it getting banned if i follow rules or it get banned auto? thansk for quick answears

I don't think they still use IP bans and GUID bans so you should be safe from a ban.

atleast they ip ban temporarily... so if ur banned... dont go on other accs for atleast 12 hours...then you can always make another account from a different ip...
i think you can create another account and play 
GamersFirst, giving unlimited chances for the players, to play without hacks, thats means that you can get banned on 10 accounts, and make another account and play legit, and you wont get ban.
if you hacked on one ac and now, all acs are banned because of that, then you have ip ban. If you make new ac, then dont start buying stuff. Wait a bit.

no . but dont buy eny weapon or u lose again .
wait 1 month atleast, and then make an account, the IP ban lasts for 2 weeks, but im not sure about the other 2 :$

GamersFirst, K2 don't really care about hackers so they don't IP ban neither do they GUID ban for hacking so you're safe from never playing WarRock again.
They dont ip ban for 1 reason because they know that hacker will come back and buy some items and start hacking again and they are against another fps game so the more the players the better...
