[Release] ScimmyBase

Since Gordon's hook has been detected, might as well release the source. If you fix it, props to you.

I used Gellins menu class, and gordons hook to make this. Blood for the addresses. mmbob for D3D help. me for menu/base work.

Yah Crash is right. Stick with Gellin's original hook.

Wow I am soo stupid.. I just read over the defines for Reset and it was exactly the same as gellin's. I thought you had to define hk_Reset, Reset_t, etc.
