[Release] ScimmyBase

Since Gordon's hook has been detected, might as well release the source. If you fix it, props to you.

I used Gellins menu class, and gordons hook to make this. Blood for the addresses. mmbob for D3D help. me for menu/base work.

Yay, a source which I can learn from. I could apply gordon's hook but i never found out how to define endscene, etc.
