Does your antivirus say anything about it being a virus cause it will
If yes just turn it off then extract

oh, okay. I'm guessing your virus scanner is deleting it. What I want you to do is just to try downloading and opening the rar with your antivirus turned off and see if it works. If it does, then I will give you instructions how to stop your antivirus deleting it when you turn it back on.

soo idk how to turn that off

Right click the icon in the tray and then click disable virus something I have norton 360 it's really annoying
