Yep, the only ones that can actualy play the game are the developers and machinima when they invited them.

I'm not promising anything, but most likely Black Ops will be available for free (liberated) play on alterIWNet. How and when we will do this is not yet known. Please stop asking about it.
I would also like to use this announcement to remind you of a few more things.
