they section is semi-dead when school is in...its just filled with bad-sig makers for now

It's not just him. It's the whole team. I've got a few requests that have been sent via PM, and have never been completed after they had said it would be done.

Fuck them up.

If they don't do their job a nice reputable mpgh member like yourself can request their demotion.

I wouldn't do that. Ryan is cool and all, it's just annoying having GFX members who wont do their job.

I know for sure that Ryan has been busy with a lot of personal stuff, and doesn't have much time anymore. He probably started, got distracted, and hasn't had time to come back to mess with it.
