[HELP]Wtf?

When I log onto any account, made up or not, it says Login Failed "play offline" "try again" so when I click play offline and try to join MPGH minecraft it logs me in as "Player" and I'm randomly logged in as another player. ( I have their items, position on the map)
Someone help me fix this shit? =/

Explain to me how ""I"" Caused this...

Solved, Iconik helped me. <3
