[HELP] Ultimate Mod (zombie)

Hi all, i've been working on a mod for the last 3 months. I'm pretty basic to MW2 modding though, so i'm looking for a modder who wants to explain me how to add in a easy to use VIP system and how to make VIP only stuff. (like restricting weapons)

What i got so far:

- Spawning system for public and private
- Perfect working full health zombie mod
- Edited maps and new way to create walls which allows a lot more bunkers
- Intro/Outro
- Endless looping server
- Host spectator mode ( Dedicated Style)
- 90% completed in total, close to remaking my legendary CS1.6 and CSS zombie servers (Clan-LTDT)

Stuff i need help with

- VIP system and VIP only stuff
- Someone to check script for any stuff that can be deleted to save space and reduce lag
- Beta Testers
- Any new ideas are welcome
