Sharpshooter

One more mod from the black ops trailer, sharpshooter.

Heres the features of this mod:

• The server selects a random weapon for all players every 30 secconds.
• Every kill gives you a random perk

Currently ive added 21 different weapons and 11 perks, might add more in the future.

I know the way ive done the arrays for the weapons and perks is just pure stupid, ill change that in the future.
