My computers been laggin a shit load. Even when i have nothing running. ( No Processes ). Any suggestions to a Good AV other than AVG or Norton. Something that will clean the fuck out of my system.

Microsoft Security Essentials Beta. Epic free AV (some of the best detection rates), it's even one of the faster ones out there.

ALSO. My fucking internet has gotten incredibly slow. I went from 600kb/s to fucking 1kb/s. What do? 
avast! is free. I use it and it works pretty nicely.
