My computers been laggin a shit load. Even when i have nothing running. ( No Processes ). Any suggestions to a Good AV other than AVG or Norton. Something that will clean the fuck out of my system.

I defrag twice a week.

Your HDD is like me, it finds stuff easier when it's all over the place. It may be a mess but it's MY mess.

avast! is free. I use it and it works pretty nicely.
