really need help

i dled somthing from here and my cpu usage went up to 100% can some one tell me how to get rid of a trojan key logger

Yeh but its to get rid of the file

If something gave you a virus, wouldn't you delete the file? I would.. I be raging cussing and everything at that file. I'd even PS a pic of that file and rage on it.

It isn't that simple.

If your on Windows computer click control + alt + delete

and check out your task manager go to processes and get rid of some that you don't need running

the good way format ur pc

defrag your computer if your too noobish to reformat.

that'll at least solve the cpu usage problem

Not really.
Defragging doesn't do much as to speed up loading times and reduce the stress of your HDD.

but how do i back up with out backing up the virus
