MPGH IPhone/Android Application

Needless to say, I am working on a custom app for MPGH which allows users to browse MPGH with the same relative interactivity that you would get on MPGH.

Now saying that. I need some ideas from, you, the users. I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do, I just want to know what everyone else has in mind, from the style to features.

So, if you have something constructive to contribute post what you would like to see and how the interface should look.

If it isn't going to be native, make it optional.

Some sort of PicDrop integration.

Notification system for PMS or VM's such as a message sent to your ipod when you get one

take off sigs :/

- Don't kill the battery life by continuously pushing notifications of new posts (we have too many here, and it will annoy the users)
- Don't use the same layout for both the iPhone and Android - they have different theming schemes - doing so would look a bit weird / not conform to the UX design and consistency of each phone
- Put moderating abilities in there.
- Automatically refresh threads
- Make replying to threads easy, and integrate BBCode (preferably using a WYSIWYG?)
- No signatures - they're freaking huge ! Or at least have an option to toggle them
- Option to toggle images from loading and size of them.

- If you need help with Android / Windows Phone 7 / Windows Mobile 6 then I can help

Yeah, and a bit like e-mail when you have a PM / VM it will say how ever many VM's / PM's On The Application Icon.

I would also make sure to have a session timeout for inactivity.

make it so its easy to search and get to posts.
dont drain battery life.

Oh yes, one thing. How are you going to circumvent the no hacking / no promotion of hacking rules that exist in both Application Marketplaces?

Unless you are appealing to rooted / jailbroken users, it's not going to work out too well /:

Can you make it for Blackberry Storm 2? Whatever type of applications they use? Thats the new phone i'm getting
