Maybe melee mods -not super knifes - custom looking knifes /swords/chainsaws anything that cuts xD

like....a superknife? it gives you an advantage in-game........
and it has to look good?

Model changes, etc. A mod that will take time and effort.

Must make custom skin
Must not be overpowered

Any type of mod is ok
just as long as they don't make it a hex edit only mod. Unless it has to do with appearence
