This program is basically like a task manager for internet usage.
It will show you all programs using your internet in the background.
If these programs are accessing the internet, it can make you lag in-game.
Anyway, I think this program is very helpful and its 100% free.
You can also set it to limit the bandwidth of other programs.
You could also lower your bandwidth on CA to make you lag intentionally if you wanted to.
