NetLimiter2: Program to Help Reduce Internet Lag
This program is basically like a task manager for internet usage.
It will show you all programs using your internet in the background.
If these programs are accessing the internet, it can make you lag in-game.
Anyway, I think this program is very helpful and its 100% free.
You can also set it to limit the bandwidth of other programs.
You could also lower your bandwidth on CA to make you lag intentionally if you wanted to.

and how are we suppose to use this what are we gettin so we like END PROcesses with it same as task menager?
you can limit the bandwidth or close the process in task manager
so its basicly like task mannager?

Tune up Utilities isonly good if u have errors etc
This doesn't "reduce lag," it monitors your bandwidth usage.
