There are many wrappers available, but cbf to make hacks. Not really interested in game hacking. I iz working as a hacker for wikileaks. :P

Yes you can do it. Visual basics is capable of doing everything that c++ and other shit can do. Many don't believe it is possible but i have been messing around with it for a loooooong time. Yes a dll can be made that will work. If need be i can dig up my old VB 2008 Source if any one is in need.
