hacked + problem

So .. what i can do ... ?

I got hacked twoday like 7h ago (or less)
i don't know my e-mail , security question , my IP is dinamic so it don't fit ...
I bought 10k ZP yesterday and now 1/2 of my guns got SOLD =.= (1/2 because i got silver guns and 1 BM weapon that i can't sell)
i'm ****ed off and i can't change my PASSWORD
need help any one ?

i wish i can get my acc like it was 7h ago and i want my password changed =.=

poor u man. send a support ticket with the payment proof of that acc and maybe they give u some info =P. good luck with it (u'll gonna need it)

nop ... i'm fcked up my acc i played more than 1 year. ... so many cash i put into =.= and now evrything is gone

If you don't know those questions they ask you on their support page like when you created the account, what IP address is logged on it, birth date, SQ, email, etc... then you are fucked.

so i am =.= i know old passwords , i got replays 2 month old , and i think one ZP transver ID...

Replays won't prove anything. Many people can share the account. Now, what I recommend is that you submit a support ticket as well as messaging [GM]Saiden on the Z8games forums.

The information should include the following:

1: Account name
2: Who you gave the password to.
3: Payment stubs (Paypal transaction number if you payed via that, UGC card number if you payed via that, and etc.).
4: Prior passwords
5: Additional information such as "i don't know my e-mail , security question , my IP is dinamic so it don't fit"

dunno ... some 1 guesed my password =.= and i didn't share it ... ANYTIME

Well, I see how that could be conveyed. However, let me add additional information: I've gotten roughly 100k ZP in that account's lifetime, the only coupons I've spent are on perm ax and AK Gold. Additionally, I've won an Anaconda-Adv that you can't see. :-)

Anyway, on-topic, you should probably also tell him your current password as an example of how easy it was to crack. :-)

Heh, that is nothing..my friend got Major rank rank and someone steal it..He put atleast 10k$ and that is fcked up :S

/w to your acc and say if he would give u ur acc, i will give u my 13 acc's but no security and give it to him..say that u have security but u dont have sow..Try
