When they ll mail you, Reply back with :- $Phone$
You ll get back a mail instantly with their 5 Contact Phone numbers. Call them up and u ll surely get ur aacc back.

Give this information:
Where you created the account (Location)
Any transaction ID
Screenshots
Old passwords
How much ZP/BP/GP you had left.
It have worked by me serveral times.
OR PM all the information what you know, and all old password and i'll get him back

Make A Support Ticket

Sent a support ticket and see with them if have another way for you, should know your Security Answer...
