Replays won't prove anything. Many people can share the account. Now, what I recommend is that you submit a support ticket as well as messaging [GM]Saiden on the Z8games forums.

The information should include the following:

1: Account name
2: Who you gave the password to.
3: Payment stubs (Paypal transaction number if you payed via that, UGC card number if you payed via that, and etc.).
4: Prior passwords
5: Additional information such as "i don't know my e-mail , security question , my IP is dinamic so it don't fit"

Well, I see how that could be conveyed. However, let me add additional information: I've gotten roughly 100k ZP in that account's lifetime, the only coupons I've spent are on perm ax and AK Gold. Additionally, I've won an Anaconda-Adv that you can't see. :-)

Anyway, on-topic, you should probably also tell him your current password as an example of how easy it was to crack. :-)
