1. There was rumored to be Account stealer programs in which A user with only a Login ID and password could take an account however this is unclear.

2. A user can indeed open up a support ticket and by providing enough information (As you said Transaction IDs) Could have your E-mail and Security Question changed.

The only two roadblocks for them is this;

- Your IP Address is different than theirs
- They would need to open this from your account, Z8Games does not allow "Friends" to send in tickets for each other.

No, This is highly unlikely as they will not have your IP Address
They will not be able to send a ticket from anywhere but your account
They would need to know a lot of information it is highly unlikely.


If you do not know the user who has been in your account you may have been hacked or keylogged.

1. Run a virus scan on your computer, thoroughly!

2. Contact Z8games about suspicious activity in your account.
Provide full details to them As I stated above

Transaction IDs
Account Information
IP Address
