Please Help If You Know

If somebody had me login and my password for crossfire, could they hack my account and change everything ?

Like if they didn't know the security question or the email or any of that...

Additional info.

I was told they could buy 20k ZP have 2 payment transaction ID's and get my account from that ?

I'm just wondering if that is possible..

By maybe opening a support ticket and requesting security password and using that as proof then maybe?

Yes unfortunately.

1. There was rumored to be Account stealer programs in which A user with only a Login ID and password could take an account however this is unclear.

2. A user can indeed open up a support ticket and by providing enough information (As you said Transaction IDs) Could have your E-mail and Security Question changed.

The only two roadblocks for them is this;

- Your IP Address is different than theirs
- They would need to open this from your account, Z8Games does not allow "Friends" to send in tickets for each other.

Okay so if i were to change all my info right now, and buy 2 ZP's for trnsactions id's they couldn't hack me ?!?!

Also the person on my account got me banned and idk who they are !!!

No, This is highly unlikely as they will not have your IP Address
They will not be able to send a ticket from anywhere but your account
They would need to know a lot of information it is highly unlikely.

If you do not know the user who has been in your account you may have been hacked or keylogged.

1. Run a virus scan on your computer, thoroughly!

2. Contact Z8games about suspicious activity in your account.
Provide full details to them As I stated above

Transaction IDs
Account Information
IP Address

Let Z8games know you may be a victim of hacking.

They could change the email... After that no security question is needed. Z8 Fails -.-

They dont need info (I mean security questions...) to change email...
