What OS are you running?
Did you run Perx As admin if your running Windows Vista/7

What did you inject into?
Make sure it's PBlackout.exe, but if you're unsure, open your task manager and double check. Some people have something like ~PBlack1.exe

ex. USA ver., EU ver. ?

Hackshield i believe is somehow detecting dll injection...
Download perx and rename it to firefox...

btw when did you crash?
