cp speed help

i'm not trying to spam but i know there are topics like this but iv try'd all those methods. i have a over all fast ca but when it comes to combat arms its just slow like loading a game cant take 5 to 10 mins and by the time it loads the game is almost over so iv try'd game booster but i didn't really help so if someone could help me then it would be greatly appreciated.o and here is my performance test via speedtest.net

epic not to be mean but do u rly think im going to go out and spend hundreds of dollars on a new computer im fking 13 i dont have a job sory for my language but rly think about it

what should i do quick care or deep cleant ps( this sounds like a tooth brush or something XD or mouth wash...

and is pro verson worth it cuz if this works then im geting pro right away.
