[Solved] cp speed help

cp speed help

i'm not trying to spam but i know there are topics like this but iv try'd all those methods. i have a over all fast ca but when it comes to combat arms its just slow like loading a game cant take 5 to 10 mins and by the time it loads the game is almost over so iv try'd game booster but i didn't really help so if someone could help me then it would be greatly appreciated.o and here is my performance test via speedtest.net

yea i would like to thank you a million because i never knew how meny problems i had i had over 20k problems in total and i freed up over 4 gb's of space so ty very much and yes its solved
