Because I like to have things to work to, not total freedom.
But i'll just make something with my idea of freestyle.
And also, the voting for this will be quite unbalanced, because you'll probably get more votes if you create a sig around a hot chick or something, not pure quality.

That's how we rate them/comment on them, but others don't. But a clear reason must be given to make the vote actually count.
