Sorry for the stupid question, what do you mean by freestyle?
You can do anything you want as long as you follow the rest of the rules

And also, the voting for this will be quite unbalanced, because you'll probably get more votes if you create a sig around a hot chick or something, not pure quality.
That's why certain votes are ignored.
Lol Honor...Signatures in here are not rated by " Omg that chick is so fucking hot, i love that sig" They are rated on the Execution of the elements of basic Photoshop.
That's how we rate them/comment on them, but others don't. But a clear reason must be given to make the vote actually count.
