Get malwarebytes, then find a keygen or something. That why the virus is removed, and the permium virus detection that goes with the paid version will not allow the virus to "start up again".

Restart your computer and boot in safe mode
Open a browser
Download Combo Fix
Run that while still in safe mode
Restart
