is this normal?

So i just installed LOL and took me 30 mins to download it,waited for an hour so that it would get updated, then i want to finally login, and this happens



Is this normal? does it allways take this long to login? where are the servers located from LOL, are they in the usa or europe? cuz if its nighttime in usa and day here and theyre in the usa they might be fuller than if it was nightime here and they were here. Im from EU btw, its 2pm(14:00) here and i have to wait in line? was it allways like this? are they going to upgrade? i havent even tried the game out and im already disappointed lol

no, but it can occasionly.

there are servers located in both USA and Europe.
europe servers are geting upgraded soon due to this problem.

the problem has been there since over the qued lmit started playing.

yes.

it depends when you login..cause from 3 pm its hard to login without waiting....anyway 27 min its nothing... just relax and drink some beer when you are in quee! BTW some time it take hours ( 57 min,1h:30 min e.t.c...) so just dont worry about this...now in europe they will split the regions.
