Here's me when i was 14 ( im currently 16).
Im only showing my back so that i dont get judged by all the 11 year olds on this site.

Also, staying hydrated gives you about 20% more strength than usual. So drink a bottle of water 30 minutes before you workout.
And dont eat for an hour and a half before the workout. And if your goal is gaining muscle, eat meat. If its loosing, eat vegi.

u know that taking pic everyday is pointless right? If i was u, i would take pic once a week.
And yeh taking a pic every day is useless, take it every other day. Workout muscle every other day, burn fat everyday.

Instead of comparing by day, (16-17) you should compare start to current progress(1-17).
It would show more of a change
Youll lose weight and gain muscle
jsut takes time and effort.
