Weird issue please help

I had it once while playing with hacks. Try CCleaner, maybe it will help you.

are u using the t-nade script or something?

i get it occationaly, oddly enough when im pwning more than usual, try Ccleaner like sum1 else mentioned, this isnt a problem at your end so if the above steps dont work then your simply gonig to have to wait untill later or tomorow and see if its fixed its self
