Unlucky much?

I opened 45 black hisec cases so far and all of them were EXP/GP 10 100% ones.. Still got 25 left.

Is there some kind of trick to getting the perm items?

PS. I am low rank. Don't know if that makes a difference..

When i was in xBl00dbr0thersx clan , NOTORIOUS was like my best friend and he taught me the trick lmao. I tried it once but i used 4-5 keys for it, if i tell you, SS it and show me if you get a 90 day or a perm. il PM you the trick, do not give it out or it wont work no more when nexon patches it ._.
