Mouse Sensitivity?

My mouse sensitivity is already at max on the computer and in Combat Arms, but it's still way slower than about 55% mouse sensitivity I use in Modern Warfare 2. Any ideas on how to improve the sensitivity without buying a new mouse?

Theres a option to change mouse sensitivity [ and ] if thats max than buy a new mouse my mouse is pro now XD

Oh sorry i didnt rlly read it i scanned it
And theres also a option to change ur mouse speed idk if that will help but
Go to control panel search mouse and then just find the mouse motion speed and put it to max its what i did.
