Or check your URL on the VAC website.
Most likely you're banned.

I get that sometimes, but if i press 'Play', it usually will try again and it will work. If you are still having problems, check to see if your firewall is blocking BO, or if you can connect to the website in the error message through your web browser.

Try disabling A/V and Firewall. That was my problem for about a month, until I realized what to do.
