Ok this is a question for the people who actually know about Physical Fitness and health.... if you dont.... well i mean, you dont have to troll either.
My question is are protein supplements actually safe? I work out quite a bit and I try to balance my protein by naturally eating more animal (meat, chicken, fish etc.), but it dosent work as quick as a protein shake would. Ive heard about whey... and im quite interested in Hydro Whey..... im just scared if itl f$#@ me up along the way in the long run.
