I suggest using Visual C++ 2008
Too compile and link a source code with that, all you have to do is finish the code then click F7 .. It should show where the file was saved, since you're probably aiming on making a hack, you'll want to find the .dll. Usually saved in the Debug folder.

Ok i have Visual Studio 2008 how to compile this to DLL and inject in APB?

It still uses the SDK though, so your files shouldn't be effected. To compile read what SODMG said and you'll see.

Your basically asking for someone to do this for you, just as when you wanted me to create a dedicated crosshair just to your specifications.
Just look it up. Do you have any clue as to what your even looking at?
Here's a good little list of terms that should be pretty much memorized before you start working on making a hack.

Keep that list handy while you go through the following:

It might take a week or maybe longer. It depends on how well you understand basic logic. Most of programming revolves around logic. Logic involves conditionals such as If-Then-Else and Switch statements, and loops such as While, For-Next, For-In-Next. Everything else is pretty easy to understand.
