How to flash a 360

ok so i have a 360 and i want to FLASH it. Can someone tell me how. I try to use this thing but i can't open it http://www.mpgh.net/forum/241-xbox-3...360-drive.html and what does flashing do?

What i know is that if you flash your xbox you can play burned games

Flashing your Xbox will allow you to play burnt games
These games can be downloaded and saved onto a disk saving you having to buy the game

I didnt flash mine because i thought i might void the warrenty

u will void the warranty if u modify ur xbox in anyway, even opening ur 360 will void ur warrenty...
