I took this picture off my phone and it came out like shit, so i tried my ps skills and tried to make it a lil bit more HQ

Watcha think?

i really didnt know what i was doin for the most part

Fail usage of topaz.
Low lightning and quality. Please delete these before scr comes and this becomes a trollfest.

Put quality enhancment on topaz detail 2 and lower every moved slider to maximally 0.08 and then use deblur.

i didnt do nothing wrong, i was high as fuck in my friends basement and they put a flower in my ear and i didnt even know haha
