Faster draw and reload, fire rate same as V1

LOOKS LEGIT~!! i use this on my main and no one has accused me

How To:

Delete texturescripts.rez in the game folder.

Make a Folder named TEXTURESCRIPTS.REZ

Rez Extract GUNS_M_PV_LAUNCHER

put that folder in the texturescript folder.

switch the m32 file in GUNS_M_PV_LAUNCHER with this one
