just saw it a little while ago and i was like that sounds familiar
The hack Black Cipher (the name ) was leeched from that..
They released the "Black Cipher" Folder into the Combat Arms folder before Black Cipher was ever created. NOOB thought it'd be funny and ironic to name it Black Cipher. In short, They had the name first.
