Sup guys, I'm planning to Forum a Clan On league Of Legends. Add " Anh Se Viet " on LoL , if you would like to join.
We will be string new accounts, with same first names. For example: No1 Sam , No1 Cloud Something like that xD.

So would having a high ELO without being in a clan.

IMO, someone better known in the section should propose an official MPGH clan.
