Open Visual C++ > New Project > Win32 Project > Insert ur Name Project > "Next" > Check Box "DLL" > Insert Code > Debug > Error ?!?!

That what you are trying to do isn´t coding. It is script kidding. I suggest to learn the programming language (In this case C++).
It is actually very simple if you have a brain. You sit and learn like you are learning math. Most people think they can code but they can only "code" hacks.
Learning a programming language is very useful and there are also jobs that requiere a programing language.
Learn it and you will get a big advantage
