File RF016.REZ is 190.33 MB .. for me it will take 1 Hour to upload it 
Just reinstall your crossfire, that would solve the problem!

Re-install the game without removing the game
i cant re-install the game becuase that well limited my internet access

This might not get approved because of no virus scans. The files is too big i have waited one hour already and it's 3 percent done.

Pop it in there and select yes to replace with origional file.
