Streaming channels in specific sections?

Just throwing this out there, but would the possibility of users that stream be able to post their streams in the respective section of what they stream?
Example: Combat Arms streaming thread (stickied possibly). Users that have the best quality/or most popular streams showcasing CA would have their streams included in this thread. Preferably no hacking, but maybe users could livestream the VIP for their section and to showcase VIP in an actual game?

I'll probably come back to fine tune this as I think more about it, but right now I'm just looking at certain sections, mainly the popular ones, would have the possibility of a livestream sticky.
If this kicks off somehow, maybe some contests that incorporate the stream into it?
Like I said, I'm just throwing this out there for now.

Livestreaming would allow the people that have the capability to do so, be able to stream the tournaments that MPGH hosts as well.
Console oriented tournaments would be streamed by people with an hd capture card, with the possibility of commentary as the tournament goes by.
I will vouch for this position if this idea kicks off, as I have a pvr and the ability to stream at quality that's pretty good.

I find that hard to believe, seeing as how Twitch.tv gets thousands of views every day.
I'm just throwing this out there.

I find it hard that anyone on mpgh would want to watch a livestream.

3/4 people that log in are here ONLY for the hacks
the other are here to talk and might watch every now and then

Not unless the streams were compiled into a singular sticky for each active section.

We can't know the number that will watch it for sure
Barely anyone visits the CA Video section.
I just think that It would be 1-5 streamers and 5-20 people watching them

Regardless of the people that are only here for the hacks, the other 1/4 could be ones that might want to watch a livestream of a section-specific game.
Livestreaming wouldn't just be about watching someone play the game, it's about interaction with other users, hence why I put the idea of the most popular/best quality streams only being added to the stickied thread.

I think its a good enough idea to test run. Post it in the gen sections of General, CA, CF, GFX and any other major section. If nobody posts anything unsticky the thread.

What do you mean interaction with other uses?
The only people that are likely to watch it are the ones that to each other daily on these forums and in game

Interaction as in the person streaming isn't a rock and just plays the game without any commentary/music playing.
A mix of both music and commentary is usually enough to be entertaining, but sometimes it doesn't cut it.
What I mean by the most popular streams being in the stickied thread, is that the streams that have entertaining commentary and receive good feedback from other users on MPGH via a possible weekly/monthly poll would be in that thread.
I'm just juggling the idea around and possible scenarios to go along with it.
