Looking for Critical Attack Chance formula

As far as I can tell from digging into forums as far back as 15 months ago, the critical chance (not damage, chance) formula is:

[Crit Att skill chance] + [Another skill that adds Crit chance, such as fury] + [Crit chance stat on weapon] + [any Crit chance from es] + [<WIL or (INT+1000)>*.016] = percent chance to land a Crit

Monsters have Crit Resists... for instance, most of the raid bosses have around 52% Crit Resist. Suppose that I have 85% chance of landing a Crit from the formula above, and I am hitting a raid boss with 52% Crit Resist. Will my chances with that particular boss be 85% - 52% = 33%, or 85%*(100-52%) = 40.8%

i think its something like 33% formula and then add your wil to that

I think there is something on vindictus db that shows how to add everything together. im not sure but i think u take ur crit rate and either (times that or add) to ur wilpower.
