Sorry. I forgot to tell my point.
It's hard to communicate with someone if you don't speak there language correctly. So what I suggest, is you go onto a site which speaks your language, and ask there. It should be a lot easier to learn that way.

I had no problem understanding it, so it seems you are just being a picky asshole.

So, how did you get "what programming language should I use?" from "i would like to know what program can i download or use that would help me learn to code"?..
You won't get anywhere if you don't even have the slightest clue on why you want to code ._.

He answered to that.. You should have a reason.. You dont do something in life for no reason.. You will eventually fail at it, and get bored after a while.

Edit:
If you are completely sure that you want to program but not sure what you are aiming at.. Start with something lower level like C, Eventually when you feel comfortable with it, move to C++ or C# so you can get a grasp about Object Orientated Programming.

This was the path I did, and I do not regret it.. Some will disagree, some wont... Have fun

Oh and.. Whatever language you start with, Buy a BOOK and read it. Its really way way better than a PDF on your computer.
