By clicking "edit" and then "transform" , then "scale"
Or find "image size" and change it to fit perfectly

i meant that hgwc checks for file sizes, so re-sizing the image will make hgwc respond won't it?

nope hgwc & xtrap don't care the .tga files in the UI folder .. the only problem is you'll just see the first 158x158 pixels of the mark .. so maybe just the head or a half head ..
Yeah I was about to tell you that, oh and btw at least make a new type of marks don't just leave the default/original kill marks there :P lol
